SHIPPING & RETURNS

Estimated Shipping Time:

  • We ship primarily via USPS, so items should arrive within 3-5 business days.

  • All orders are provided a tracking number once item is shipped.

  • Unfortunately, KAAS America & Company cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost due to USPS. You will have to file a claim with USPS if your package is lost. We will not send out another package.

  • Please understand that we cannot offer replacement packages that were sent to the incorrect address due to customer's mistake. If you would like your packages to be resent, then you will have to pay for shipping again.

Refunds & Exchanges:

  • If you are unsatisfied with your order or missing an item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will try to work with you so that you are completely happy. Your happiness is our #1 goal.

  • Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.

  • All cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase. There is a 20% restocking fee for all orders that are canceled. 

Damaged Items:

  • When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the items in your shipment, please contact KAAS, by sending an email to contact@getkaas.com, and we will be happy to assist you. All emails will receive a response within 48 hours.

Allergy Notification: 

  • Although all our items are made with the very best ingredients, KAAS is not responsible for any allergic reactions. Please know and understand your allergies before use of any product. If an allergic reaction happens, please discontinue the use of the product immediately.
