Orders

Do you ship internationally?
No. We only ship domestically within the United States.

 

Can I only purchase products through the website?
KAAS Luxury Skincare products are only available on getkaas.com.

How much is shipping?
Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:

$9.00 up to $21 flat fee for domestic, all states within the USA (free shipping over $65)

Free shipping excludes purchases made in Wholesale.

How long before I can receive my order?
The processing time for orders can take up to 48 hours. After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is 3-5 business days. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches and restocks, this time may vary.


What carrier do you use?
KAAS Luxury Skincare ships to domestically through USPS.

Can I change my order?
Please contact contact@getkaas.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request however there is no guarantee that any changes can be made once an order is placed. 

Can I cancel my order?
All cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase. There is a 20% restocking fee for all orders that are canceled. 

Can I return my order?
We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please note, KAAS Luxury Skincare reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments and refunds. 

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the items in your shipment, please contact KAAS, by sending an email to contact@getkaas.com, and we will be happy to assist you. All emails will receive a response within 48 hours.


Can I exchange my product?
We apologize but we currently do not offer exchanges, all sales are final.

I have not received an order confirmation, what should I do?
Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us at contact@getkaas.com with your inquiry.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept online payments through Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
 

My items arrived damaged, what should I do?
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the items in your shipment, please contact KAAS, by sending an email to contact@getkaas.com, and we will be happy to assist you. All emails will receive a response within 48 hours.

I received incorrect item/s what should I do?
Please contact contact@getkaas.com within 48 hours receiving the order, so that we can take care of this for you. Please provide us with your order number along with a photo of the incorrect item you received.

What’s your return policy?
We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please note, KAAS Luxury Skincare reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments and refunds. 
 

I put the wrong address on my order. How can I change it?
Please be careful when entering your shipping address, KAAS Luxury Skincare will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.

Account

Do I have to set up an account to place an order?
No. You do not have to have an account to place an order. Unless, you are a wholesaler. You will have to create an account. 

How do I subscribe or cancel my email subscription?
You can easily subscribe to emails by visiting GetKAAS.com located at the footer. If you want to cancel/unsubscribe, you can click unsubscribe by locating the "Unsubscribe" link within the email subscription.
 

Product

Where are your products manufactured?
Our formulas are made in the USA, with globally sourced ingredients. 

Are your products natural?
When possible, we choose naturally derived ingredients over synthetics in all formulations.

Do your products contain soy?
No

Are your products vegan?
Yes, with the exception of our Body Wash, which includes Milk.

Does KAAS Luxury Skincare use parabens or sulfates?
KAAS Luxury Skincare does not use parabens or sulfates in any of our products.

Do you test products on animals?
KAAS Luxury Skincare does not test products on animals. All of our products are cruelty free.

Are the products safe to use for all skin types?
All products were formulated to be safe for all skin types but if you have specific concerns, please consult your doctor with the list of ingredients found on the website.
